1. The production process of the paste production line is fully automated, which can realize automatic and manual conversion;
2. The paste production line adopts the industrial-grade man-machine dialogue interface monitored by the PLC system and the touch screen design. Thirty sets of paste process procedures can be pre-stored, making the operation more convenient;
3. All parts in contact with the lead paste and acid mist of the main unit are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The acid shower plate is made of acid-resistant PP material. Corrosion of main shaft, bearing and reducer;
4. The paste mixing machine adopts air-cooled and water-cooled cooling method, which effectively controls the temperature of the lead paste in the process of lead paste mixing;
5. The barrel and bottom of the paste mixing machine have a water cooling system, and a unique diversion groove design is adopted to ensure that the cooling water can flow through every corner of the paste mixing machine to achieve the best cooling effect;
6. The measurement of lead powder, acid and water are all controlled by stable and reliable advanced tension sensors, and the accuracy of weighing and repeated weighing can reach 0.2%;
7. Adopt a unique cream-washing and water-discharging device to avoid corrosion to the cream storage hopper and the coating machine;
8. The design of the scraper of the mixing system is reasonable. The gap and angle of the lower knife and the vertical knife are very convenient to adjust. It can ensure that the gap with the barrel wall and barrel bottom can be adjusted to within 1 mm, reducing the residual paste.
