1. Grid loading mechanism part:

2. Coated board host part:
1) Both the main engine drive and the paste hopper variable speed adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which truly realizes stepless speed regulation. Various thicknesses of grids can be filled and coated to adapt to multiple speeds and various grids of lead paste coating
2) The driven roller of the main machine is thickened, and the coated strip is correspondingly lengthened to 2050 mm, which reduces the phenomenon that other coating machines tend to elongate the coated strip due to the small diameter of the driven roller and the formation of a knife edge. Service life, greatly reducing the cost of use
3) Adopting a unique quantitative paste-removing mechanism design, which reduces the waste of lead paste and reduces production costs
4) The paste hopper adopts a double-layer paste hopper design to prevent the lead paste entering the bearing from causing large weight, thickness errors and easy breakage of the paste mixing shaft and squeezing roller shaft, which effectively solves the high failure rate of other coating machines. Problems that are not easy to repair
3. Part of the water and acid shower:
1) Acid-resistant stainless steel materials (including screws, racks, etc.) are selected for the parts in contact with the acid and water of the water spraying and acid spraying mechanism, which greatly extends the service life of this part
2) The coating materials of the shower and the acid roller are all acid and water resistant materials
3) Our company has a new design of the water-drenching acid roller, which avoids the phenomenon that the half-shaft and welding method of other coating machines may cause the roller to corrode and break the shaft for a period of time.
4) Special materials are used for the transition roller of the acid-sprinkling part, which solves the problem of easy sticking to the paste.
