The TB700 industrial coating machine is a special production equipment for lead-acid battery coating that our company has successfully launched based on the imported equipment and comprehensively collected the needs of domestic users. 1. The equipment bearing adopts a centralized lubrication system, and the lubrication of each bearing is integrated, which is convenient and effective, prolongs the life of the bearing, and has good maintenance performance;
2. The fuselage integrates a grid feeding mechanism, a main plate coating machine and an acid spraying device, with a compact structure and good rigidity. The adjustment is convenient and flexible. The long distance between the pickling roller and the tail of the coating machine reduces the corrosion to the conveyor chain of the surface dryer. And the whole frame of the acid and water showering mechanism adopts all stainless steel structure, which avoids acid corrosion and improves the service life of the frame. Reduce the influence of iron ions on the plate during the coating process;
3. The grid feeding mechanism is individually steplessly variable, which has a wider range of use and a more matched speed. Vacuum absorption for the board, the grid is not easy to deform;
4. The paste hopper uses two straight groove type paste rollers to apply paste, and there is a special device for micro-adjustment and control of the amount of paste;
5. High-quality alloy roller scraper, processed by special heat treatment, has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, flat surface of the coated plate, accurate weight error control, and guarantees the consistency and stability of the coated plate;
6. The tension of the coating strip, water squeezing and the turning of the paste hopper are adjusted by pneumatic; the drum, shaft and other key parts in contact with acid are made of stainless steel corrosion-resistant material.
