1. This machine automatically completes the processes of feeding, brushing ears, cutting and hanging ears, rail conversion, splitting and unloading. Compared with the traditional splitting method, the production efficiency is higher and the work efficiency ratio is better;
2. The film loading mechanism adopts the suction method to supply the film, which can adapt to various specifications of the electrode plate, especially the thickness of the electrode plate is more adaptable.
3. The unique positioning method is adopted, with high positioning accuracy, low scrap rate and good cutting effect;
4. Cutting ears and splitting plates adopt rolling cutting method, the slitting saw is small, and the divided plates have no cutting lead chips, which greatly saves the cost of lead materials; after slitting, the plates have no curling and no burrs, which reduces the follow-up process. Workload;
5. The electric control system adopts PLC centralized programming control, and works with the pneumatic system. Two working modes, automatic and manual, can be selected, with high automation and easier operation;
6. Equipped with a dedicated interface for sucking lead dust and a waste ear collection device, the separation process is lead-free and dust-free, the working environment is better, and the environmental performance is good;
