1. Shaping: hydraulic shaping device is adopted. Each casting plate host is equipped with a separate hydraulic station on the back side. At the same time, the shaping pressure and thickness are adjustable, and it is equipped with safety protection devices;
2. Plane cutting: The waste shearing system adopts a brand-new flat cutting design. The cutting knife and the collecting system and the grid conveying are in the same plane range, avoiding the grid in the slide plate, tilting the cutting knife and collecting in the traditional model. The three impacts during the filming process greatly reduce the deformation of the grid during the casting process;
3. Longer grid movement time on the plane: Effectively prolong the grid cooling time. For thick grids, the cooling time is longer than that of the old model. Compared with the traditional model, the production efficiency is increased by 20-30%, and the cost performance is high. 2 flat-cut plate casting machines are equivalent to the efficiency of 3 traditional plate casting machines;
4. The thickness of the grid is consistent, the frame density is higher, and the weight accuracy error is small. Reduce the scrap rate in subsequent processes (coating, splitting, etc.).
