1. 6. The temperature control of the lead spoon is controlled by the thermocouple of the lead spoon to control the on and off of the electric heating tube, so as to realize the automatic control of the temperature of the lead spoon;
7. Plane cutting: The cutter system and the take-up system are on the same plane as the grid conveying to avoid grid deformation caused by impact during the sliding plate, tilting cutter and take-up process, which significantly reduces the grid The deformation during the casting process greatly improves the grid forming rate and production efficiency.
