1. The squeezing machine can complete the automatic grid positioning, automatic feeding, automatic squeezing, and automatic washing procedures, and it has the function of manual and automatic switching at will;
2, the length of the squeezing paste can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the length of the grid;
3, the squeezing pump adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation;
4, the speed of squeezing paste and feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted;
5. The lead paste can be recycled and has good environmental performance;
6. The lead paste enters the paste hopper, and manually put the grid into the initial position. The filling and conveying of the grid is done automatically. The lead paste is directly delivered to the stainless steel squeezing tube through the stepless speed regulating squeezing pump. The plate is pushed into the stainless steel paste squeezing tube, and then the paste squeezing pump continuously squeezes the lead paste into the grid until the entire grid is evenly filled.
