1. Host drive: the opening and closing of the mold and the quantitative supply of lead liquid are controlled by stable and reliable pneumatic components, and the others are all mechanically driven, which is stable and reliable. The speed control of the main engine adopts the stepless speed regulation of the frequency conversion governor, the adjustment range is wide, and the speed adjustment is simple;

The lead supply system adopts two independent lead supply valve designs, one of which controls the on and off of the lead liquid, and the other is a quantitative lead supply valve, which avoids the damage of the lead valve out of control to the casting plate host and is convenient Ground-to-quantity lead supply valve maintenance reduces equipment downtime;
3. The power of the heating tube can be increased to 3KW when the lead spoon is not burning gas;
4. The temperature of the mold is controlled by the thermocouple installed on the mold to control the on and off of the electric heating tube. The mold heating temperature control and temperature display must be displayed separately, that is, when the main control switch is not heated, the timely temperature of the mold can be displayed as long as the main control switch is turned on; The heat preservation of the mold is controlled by circulating water;
5. The temperature control of the lead spoon is controlled by the thermocouple of the lead spoon to control the on and off of the electric heating tube, so as to realize the automatic control of the temperature of the lead spoon;
6. Plane cutting: the cutter system and the take-up system and the grid are conveyed on the same plane, to avoid the grid deformation caused by the impact of the sliding plate, the inclined cutter and the take-up process, and the grid is significantly reduced. The deformation during the casting process greatly improves the grid forming rate and production efficiency;
7. The electrical control system integrates the original mainframe electric control cabinet and the lead melting furnace control cabinet into one, realizing centralized control, systematization, automation, and easy operation and maintenance.
