JGX650 type paste extrusion line is a special equipment developed by our company for filling lead paste in lead-acid battery tube grids. The whole machine consists of a film loading mechanism, a film feeding mechanism, a paste hopper, a paste extrusion mechanism, a paste flushing mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a pre-washing mechanism, an automatic bottoming mechanism, an ultrasonic welding mechanism, a vertical washing mechanism, a weighing and rejecting mechanism, and an automatic code It is composed of stacking mechanism and electrical control system (see equipment layout drawing for details). Adopting high suction vacuum adsorption technology, ultrasonic welding technology, pulse vibration sorting technology, can automatically complete the automatic feeding of the tube grid, quantitative lead paste filling, residual paste cleaning, automatic bottom buckle, automatic weighing and screening, and automatic take-up actions , The degree of automation is high, and the production environment meets the requirements of the industry’s environmental protection development. Supplemented by the remaining paste recovery system, the closed-loop production of the paste line and the paste extrusion line can be connected to realize the automation, clean, and energy-saving production of the paste extrusion process.

1. The squeezing machine can complete the automatic grid positioning, automatic feeding, automatic squeezing, and automatic washing procedures, and it has the function of manual and automatic switching at will;
2, the length of the squeezing paste can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the length of the grid;
3, the squeezing pump adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation;
4, the speed of squeezing paste and feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted;
5. The lead paste can be recycled and has good environmental performance;
6. The lead paste enters the paste hopper, and manually put the grid into the initial position. The filling and conveying of the grid is done automatically. The lead paste is directly delivered to the stainless steel squeezing tube through the stepless speed regulating squeezing pump. The plate is pushed into the stainless steel paste squeezing tube, and then the paste squeezing pump continuously squeezes the lead paste into the grid until the entire grid is evenly filled.
